Discontinued Auction: Fees Credited

As long as you relist a discontinued auction within 24 hours, you’re entitled to a credit of your listing fees for the original auction. You’ll want to go to Live Help immediately after relisting the item. Have the original and new auction numbers handy, and they will credit you on the spot.
