If you plan ahead, you can usually save money at the movies. Here are a few of my favorite ways to see movies and still have money left over for popcorn:

• Bargain Wednesdays at Holiday Cinemas
  All seats are usually $2.99 at Holiday Cinemas; but on Wednesdays, admission is just $1.49. Cash only. Holiday Cinemas is located at 100 Baughmans Lane, Frederick.
• Discount Movie Tickets at Costco
  $14.99 for 2 tickets (valid at Hoyts/Regal Cinemas). To get your tickets, pick up a sealed clamshell case in the 1st aisle, and take it to the register.
• Netflix - Only $4.99 a month. Over 75,000 Titles. Free Trial. We’ve subscribed to Netflix for five or six (or seven) years now and highly recommend it.
• Regal Crown Club
  Join Regal Crown Club (for free) and earn rewards for going to the movies. Free movies, popcorn, soft drinks and more!
