Although you can pick your own blueberries at several local farms, Frog Eye Farm is the only such farm I know of that doesn’t use any pesticides.

Follow up note:
The blueberries cost $3/pound.
The farmer pays $6 a container (approx. 5 pounds) if you pick for him. My 11-year-old daughter can fill one of the containers in about 40 minutes–not bad $$ for a kid.
